Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage
All water desalination devices from Tanqiat Waz sold in the Store are covered by a two-year warranty that includes electrical parts and 5 years of free service (including the field technician's fee and visits).
Warranty Conditions
- Proof of Purchase: Your invoice is considered your warranty with customer service, so please keep the invoice.
- Customer Rights During Warranty:
- The customer has the right to maintenance of the product by the Tanqiat Waz team during the warranty period.
- The customer has the right to request a replacement or return for a product in case of a problem that could not be repaired by the maintenance team.
- Warranty Duration and Free Service: The warranty for Tanqiat Waz desalination devices is two years covering electrical parts and 5 years of free service (visits and labor fees).
Return and Replacement Policy
- Order Cancellation: The customer has the right to cancel the order at any time before the delivery process is completed.
- General Return/Replacement (7 Days): The customer has the right to return or replace the product within seven days from the date of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition upon purchase, unused, unopened, and not operated.
- Return Due to Manufacturing Defect (2 Days): The customer has the right to return the product within two days from the date of installation in case of a manufacturing defect.
- Replacement Due to Manufacturing Defect (7 Days): The customer has the right to replace the product within seven days from the date of installation in case of a manufacturing defect.
- Proof Required: Returns or replacements are only processed with the original invoice.
- Refunds: If the customer is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed to the customer's bank account within 12 business days.
- Deduction Note: The value of the filters will be deducted from the desalinated devices and filtered dispensers as a refundable amount.
Voiding the Warranty
If any of the following clauses are breached, the warranty is considered void:
- Failure to adhere to the periodic maintenance schedule: changing the 3-stage filter set every six months, changing the fifth stage every year, and changing the fourth stage every two years.
- The electrical parts must not be exposed to water.
- The device must not be subjected to any alterations, maintenance, or relocation by another company.
- The device must not be exposed to direct sunlight and weather conditions.
Installation Service
- The device will be installed within one month after delivery to the customer without extra fees. After one month from the invoice date, an additional fee of 100 will be charged for installing the device.
Renewed Products
- Renewed products from Tanqiat Waz have a warranty of two years from the date of purchase.
- Note: The renewed product may show signs of use or superficial scratches.
Customer Service and Contact
- Service Scheduling: The customer will be contacted within 5 business days to schedule an appointment for service execution.
- Cancellation Fee: The customer is subject to a shipping fee (35 SAR) upon order cancellation.
